Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item that has been ordered over the Internet or the goods ordered are defective. Please contact us on 0151 423 1750 during regular business hours and we can explain our goods return policy. Alternatively, you may email us at sales@accltd.com providing us with a brief outline of your problem and contact details. Please do not send goods back without prior communication.

Policy on consumer returned goods ordered via the internet.

You have a right to cancel within seven days of purchase or seven days of receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer. Please note that a signed for package is considered “receipt”. On cancellation and return of the goods a refund will be issued in a timely manner which will be less than 30 days.

Policy on Faulty goods ordered via the internet:

Do not return goods back to ACC without first receiving a goods return reference number issues by email from ACC.

Please report faulty goods as soon as possible. Goods returned to ACC will be inspected in a timely manner. However in some cases we may require the manufacturer to inspect in such cases the we will defer our acceptance of equipment fault or failure to advised by the manufacturer or their agent Once deemed faulty the goods will be repaired or new goods issued.
